BlueSpark has appointed two senior leaders to its executive team, to support the company’s next phase of growth and its ambition to lead a new era in well intervention through proactive well health.
Matt Mohajer joins BlueSpark as Chief Technology Officer, and Arnaud Hannebicque is its new Chief Financial Officer.
The appointments come at a pivotal moment for BlueSpark as it scales its pulsed power technology globally – to advance the idea of modern well health.
Matt joins from SLB and brings a powerful combination of technical expertise and commercial acumen, with a career spanning technology development, operations, and leadership across complex, high-performance environments – with a focus on production systems and the digital tech that enhances it.
Known for his ability to take innovations into real-world applications, Matt has led multidisciplinary teams and driven the deployment of advanced technologies in the field. As CTO, he will lead BlueSpark’s technology strategy, supporting continued product evolution, operational reliability, and global scalability.
Arnaud joins BlueSpark with more than 20 years of international financial leadership experience across the energy sector. He has held senior finance roles across Europe, Africa, and the Middle East, where he has been instrumental in driving financial discipline, supporting growth strategies, and navigating complex, capital-intensive environments.
As CFO, Arnaud will oversee the company’s financial strategy, governance, and performance as BlueSpark continues to expand its global footprint.
