Marci makes pigs fly. With over 20 years of experience in Operations, Business Development, and Corporate Support Services spanning both oil & gas and tech, she is the main reason we do our job so well, bringing big ideas to life through precise planning and implementation. She loves the challenges of navigating an ever-changing industry and leading Blue Spark Energy’s exceptional team.

Robert Harries
Global Operations Director
Robert keeps us on task. As Operations Director, he brings 22 years of oil & gas experience to our team, ensuring organizational effectiveness by providing leadership for Blue Spark Energy’s field stimulation functions and associated operational activities. He enjoys working with BSE’s small, focused team as we bring unique green technology to oil & gas.
Charles Fensky
Engineering Manager
Charles inspires energetic change. Over the past 25 years, he has filled many roles related to field, management, technical, and R&D roles around the world. With a background in Electrical Engineering, Charles transforms new ideas and technologies into commercial applications. He enjoys the opportunities at Blue Spark Energy to address needs with a technology that has a lot of potential, where the team is fun to work with and greater than the sum of our parts.

Controller
Kelly keeps us accountable. With her 9 years working as a CPA, Kelly keeps Blue Spark Energy’s finances in line. Her unique approach to accounting always tells the story behind the numbers. She enjoys being a Sparky because no day is ever the same and there is always an opportunity at Blue Spark to be learning something new.

Amy tells our story. Using over 8 years of communications experience in the energy sector, Amy is always looking for new ways to share what Blue Spark is up to with our global audience. Mike Perri
Data Manager
Mike paves the way for data-based innovation. With 37 years of working with oilfield service companies as an engineer and petrophysicist, he’s in charge of our global data management system that collects, processes, interprets, distributes, and stores all geoscience and operational data. He loves the challenges and variety of his work, and enjoys working with our team.
Laura Olson
Controller (Mat Leave)
Laura does the math. With her financial wisdom gained from achieving her CPA and CMA designations, and 8 years of working experience in the field of finance, Laura manages all of our numbers with skill. She loves being part of a technology company that strives towards creating a cleaner environment.
Stephanie Ramage
Branch & HSE Coordinator
Stephanie makes everything run smoothly. She started her career with Blue Spark Energy 9 years ago. During that time she has achieved her Qualified Safety Representative designation and is also a COR certified Internal Auditor. In addition to her focus on the Safety Management Program, she is also responsible for coordinating personnel and asset logistics. She enjoys BSE’s vibrant energy, and working as a team to expand our horizons.
