Our learning program uses the latest in learning technology.

Here is what to expect once you register:

• Continuous: This training will continue as long as you wish to remain certified to use the BLUESPARK™ Tool. Even after you are certified, you need to continue to use the learning system to maintain your knowledge and demonstrate that you can operate our tools safely.

• Adaptive: The system adapts to your prior performance. It makes sure you know EVERYTHING, but spends the most time focusing in the areas you’re still learning or struggling with. It asks you questions—and asks if you’re confident in your answers to find out what you need to focus on.

• Microlearning: Each learning session is roughly 2 minutes long. You will spend more time during your learning period as you work to achieve certification. Our training in the shop used to take 5 full days, so be prepared to spend some time working through the material at first. Once you’re certified, expect to spend 2 minutes/day, eventually tapering off as the system recognizes that you have mastered the program to 2 minutes/week.

You will be registered for this learning program as part of your subcontractor agreement with BlueSpark.
Achievement of a certificate and ongoing use of this program is a requirement for you to continue using the BLUESPARK™ Tool.

Note: Once you have been registered you can download the app, or access it directly from the reminders it will send you. Logging in here is not necessary unless you want to review your certification or check your supervisor dashboard.
