Our BLUESPARK® Technology
We use our exclusive BLUESPARK® technology and trained technical specialists to create repeatable, high-powered hydraulic pressure pulses and shockwaves in wellbores around the world.
With over 700 jobs under our belt and a proven track record of success, our clients experience a lower holistic cost to the lifecycle of the well with no safety or environmental risks. BLUESPARK® is a tool, with versatility for multiple applications as unique as our projects require.
A lightbulb moment for energy producers.
Hydraulic pulsing in the downhole industry has been a 60-year pursuit. We have achieved what no one else has, creating consistent improvements in production — without the risk and complications of conventional intervention methods.
High-pulsed power (HPP) refers to a brief discharge of concentrated electrical energy that generates a huge amount of electrical power, much like a lightning bolt in a thunderstorm.
The science behind High-pulsed power is based on a basic physics equation: Power equals Energy over time (P=E/t). Using a very small amount of energy very rapidly, we can create a large burst of power—and we safely repeat this outcome thousands of times, using minimal equipment, manpower, and energy.

OUR PROCESS —
Simple, effective, ingenious.
1. Align: During this initial phase, we highlight the BLUESPARK® technology benefits and seek to understand your company’s core challenges. We partner with you to discuss and develop a path to success for both of us.
2. Prepare: Here we start getting into the details, working through the technical specifications of your wells and your reservoir characteristics to develop the best solution. During this phase, we provide a comprehensive proposal for your project, followed by scheduling the operation and any related logistics.
3. Operate: The actual operational component of our BLUESPARK® technology comes next. We complete our necessary health and safety checks and deploy our tools and a technician. Once we join you onsite, our setup is straightforward, and operations can follow shortly after.
4. Partner: Following our operations, we complete a post-operation evaluation and discuss the results and key insights from the intervention. We discuss future wellbore maintenance and how we can work together going forward. Our relationship doesn’t need to end with the completion of the operation.

Reducing Skin with EHS
This white paper deals with near-wellbore damage (“skin”) in oil and gas wells, and how electro-hydraulic stimulation (EHS) can be used as an alternative to other traditional methods to reduce skin and improve the flow of fluids through the formation rock.
-
Enhancing Matrix Acidizing with EHS
This white paper deals with using electro-hydraulic stimulation (EHS) to make matrix acidizing more effective by opening up the pore spaces to create more pathways for the acid to travel through, thereby improving the permeability in the near-wellbore.
