Marci's journey with Blue Spark began as the second employee in 2011 during the company’s inception when she joined as Corporate Services Director. Since then, she has been instrumental in shaping the vision and fostering the culture that defines our organization. Her charismatic leadership style and extensive experience in the technology and energy sectors have proven invaluable to our growth and success. 

With over 25 years of expertise in Corporate Support Services, Operations, and Business Development, Marci is a seasoned professional and a passionate advocate for innovation. Her ability to incorporate creativity and critical analysis to translate ideas into action positions her perfectly to lead Blue Spark Energy into the next phase of its evolution.
