Laurent Frescaline
Director
Electrical engineer by background and co-founder of Blue Spark. He founded and served as CEO of ITHPP, a high-tech, electrical engineering company specializing in high voltage, high pulsed-power applications.
Co-founded Kietta, developing a seaborne drone technology offering a revolutionary approach to offshore seismic exploration while protecting sea life. Mr. Frescaline was granted the title Knight of the National Order of Merit in 2010.

Bradley Doig
Director
Is an accomplished executive with over 38 years of international experience in mining, finance, and industrial innovation, specializing in building and scaling ventures that deliver long-term value. As COO at Blue Spark Energy Systems Inc., he leads global operations, strategy, and commercialization for breakthrough pulsed power technologies across multiple sectors. With expertise in mining, corporate finance, and business development, Bradley has co-founded and led major mining and private equity ventures, including Petmin Limited and the New Africa Mining Fund. He is known for commercial impact, forging strategic alliances, and driving global expansion.

Jeffrey Currie
Director
Jeff Currie is Chief Strategy Officer of Energy Pathways at Carlyle. Mr. Currie is the former Global Head of Commodities Research at Goldman Sachs.
He is a graduate of Pepperdine University and holds a Master of Arts Economics and a PhD in Economics from the University of Chicago.

Dan Pfeffer
Director
Has over 20 years’ experience in the mining and capital management industries. Previously worked in investment banking at Morgan Stanley in London and later worked as investment professional at 3G Capital, Point72 and Bornite Capital in New York. Has been Chief of Staff to the Chairman and CEO at Ivanhoe Mines, Ivanhoe Electric and Blue Spark since 2024.
